After the installation of the pipeline dryer is completed, turn on the fan and check whether the rotation direction of the fan and the suction of the feeding port are normal
 
2. Check if the flange interface of the dryer is leaking air.
 
3. Bundle the cloth bags with openings at both ends at the discharge port of the dryer separator.
 
4. Add the material to be dried at the feeding port, and make sure to screen out large particles before drying, which is beneficial for improving the drying speed.
 
5. Add fuel to the furnace for ignition, turn on the fan, and start discharging and drying when the outlet temperature reaches 150 ℃.
 
6. Clean the large pieces of material at the slag outlet in a timely manner to facilitate discharge.
