1. The punch part of the lower punch of the tablet press (with its working position facing upwards) extends from the lower end of the middle mold hole into the middle mold hole and seals the bottom of the middle mold hole;

 

 

2. Use a feeder to fill the material into the middle mold hole;

 

 

3. The punch part of the upper punch (with its working position downward) falls into the middle mold hole from the upper end of the middle mold hole and travels downward for a certain distance to press the powder into tablets;

 

 

4. Make a hole and lift it out. Punch downwards and upwards to push the tablet out of the middle mold hole, completing one tablet pressing process;
