          The production of environmental carbon includes two processes of forming and carbonization, among which the raw material and coking process are the two main aspects that determine the quality of charcoal. Current technical level, suitable for making charcoal raw materials such as sawdust, coconut shell, bamboo, etc., should be selected hard miscellaneous. Some people say that it is better to use biological wastes as carbon raw materials, such as straw and biological shells, without hard materials. Because the carbon content of this raw material is low, a good process is adopted, which is not enough for carbon content and the ash content is too large. For coking, raw materials are required to be completely carbonized in a high temperature environment (about 900℃) after a period of dry distillation and pyrolysis, in which all the combustible volatiles are eliminated and the qualified carbon level can be reached.
